Job Summary

A customer service company is seeking a Virtual Software Customer Service Support Analyst.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Researching and responding to incoming service requests
  • Maintaining detailed and up to date case notes containing actionable problem statements
  • Providing regular status updates to customer and account teams

Required Skills:

  • 3+ years’ experience in technical product support or helpdesk environment
  • Proficiency with troubleshooting and resolving technical issues
  • Flexibility to work shifts and/or on call time as business needs dictate
  • Proficient in use of internet, MS Excel, MS Word, MS Outlook
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
