Job Summary

A healthcare company is filling a position for a Virtual Solution Delivery Specialist.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with internal and external teams to support in program implementation life cycle
  • Create, monitor, and complete internal and external requests submitted through ticketing system
  • Follow standardized processes for handling PHI and sensitive information securely

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 2-3+ years of experience in healthcare/technology, EHR software
  • Strong proficiency in Excel and entire MS Office Suite
  • Familiarity with the following systems: Confluence, JIRA (or similar ticket system), Asana
  • Familiar with SQL or strong willingness to quickly learn
