Job Summary
JOB TITLE: Strategic Planning Assistant
JOB SUMMARY: Virtual/Remote Part-time, Independent Contractor position. (5-10+ hrs per week to start, with progression to more) To assist established national/international Christian ministry in developing strategic master action plan, timeline, and budget for expansion of operations.
DUTIES: Provide direct assistance in all aspects of growth and expansion of established national/international Christian ministry. Will involve multiple areas of experience including computer skills, project management, scheduling, creating budget/forecasting timelines, and various and sundry other duties and responsibilities.
EXPERIENCE: Minimum 5 years experience. Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or equivalent combination of education and experience in the field is preferred. Looking for someone with experience managing high-end project budgets and maintenance of project schedules. Experience with a Christian organization involving large-scale operations is a plus. Will serve directly under President of Corporation.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Exceptional organizational and prioritizing abilities.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Able to map out complex objectives and goals and translate into tangible step-by-step processes and action plans.
- Strong computer skills: including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, (familiarity with MailChimp is a bonus)
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Self-motivated/directed. Demonstrated ability to work independently.
- Appropriate degree preferred.
