Virtual Systems Open Source Software Engineer

A monitoring service for cloud-scale applications is seeking a Virtual Systems Open Source Software Engineer.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Building the open-source tools connecting to the rest of the world
• Joining a tightly knit team solving hard problems the right way
• Owning meaningful parts of service, having an impact, growing with the company

Skills and Requirements Include:

• BS/MS/PhD in a scientific field or equivalent experience
• You’ve been writing and running server-side software for several years
• You have mastered Linux, from the system to the libs to the common apps
• You excel with several low-level and scripting languages
• Your GitHub shows your work with open-source contributions
• You enjoy sharing with great docs or blog posts
