Job Summary

A recruitment agency is in need of a Virtual Talent Acquisition Recruiter.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Lead initial consultations with Hiring Managers on requisition definition and potential sourcing strategies
  • Ensure compliance with legal and client regulations during identification and screening process
  • Conduct external searches through strategic sourcing

Required Skills:

  • Minimum 5 years of recruiting experience
  • Must have experience in either RPO or Corporate recruiting
  • Experience recruiting in a very high volume- fast pace environment
  • Must have experience recruiting Engineering, Manufacturing, Sales or Life Sciences professionals
  • Bachelor's degree preferred in Business, Human Resources or similar or equivalent work experience
