A healthcare company has a current position open for a Virtual Talent Acquisition Senior Director in St Louis.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Developing and directing end to end Talent Acquisition enterprise operations, national standards, and regional and local support infrastructure
• Creating and implementing strategies and processes to promote the organization
• Creating organizational plans, goals and develops KPIs and SLAs

Qualifications Include:

• Bachelor's Level Degree Bachelor Degree in HR, Business, Organization Development or Social Sciences
• 10+ years leading corporate center/level talent acquisition functional services
• Experience as top talent acquisition executive in a small to medium sized national organization preferred
