Job Summary
A company is looking for a part-time Virtual Tech Assistant (Remote).
Key Responsibilities
- Provide live technical, video, and audio support during remote depositions
- Organize documents needed for virtual depositions
- Ensure client comfort with the platform and address technical questions
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of customer service experience
- 1+ years of experience with video/audio conferencing, specifically Zoom
- Availability for at least 20 hours a week, with full availability three days a week
- Minimum of 6 months experience working remotely
- Willingness to meet weekly training and educational requirements
