Job Summary
A support services company has a current position open for a Virtual Tech Savvy Administrative Assistant.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Using expense management using tools such as Expensify, Quickbooks
- Meeting scheduling, planning, and preparation
- Providing general administrative and office support
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- 5 years experience as an Executive Assistant or other professional employment
- Provide your own reliable computer (Mac or PC) with web camera
- Own a current version of the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Strong attention to detail and organized
- Intermediate to advanced level skills in Office Suite
