A software development company is filling a position for a Virtual Technical Account Manager.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Identifying key partners and develop relationships to deepen dedication to the solution
  • Acting as an escalation point to drive resolution in a timely, proactive manner
  • Identifying risks to the customer achieving their business goals

Required Skills:

  • 4+ years of customer facing experience in a services role
  • Track record of working with enterprise level customers
  • Previous experience with Windows and Linux infrastructure environments
  • Ability to make complex ideas simple and understandable
  • Strong project management skills
  • Able to make rational decisions under pressure
