Job Summary

A customer relationship management company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Virtual Technical Support Analyst.

Must be able to:

  • Answer incoming customer phone calls
  • Research a customer’s technical issue, using your software product knowledge
  • Manage customer expectations regarding estimated response times for issue resolution

Skills and Requirements Include:
