Job Summary
A software company is in need of a Virtual Technical Support Engineer.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Find solutions for a wide array of computer software related problems
- Train users on how to use our software more effectively and efficiently
- Provide telephone and email-based support
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- 2+ years Technical Support and Call Center experience
- Ability to self-manage workload while working remotely
- Experience with Salesforce or exposure to CRM solutions
- Strong understanding of Windows Operating Systems
- Exposure to SQL Server, Access, and Database system
- Strong understanding of Networking systems
