Job Summary

A software company is in need of a Virtual Technical Support Engineer.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Find solutions for a wide array of computer software related problems
  • Train users on how to use our software more effectively and efficiently
  • Provide telephone and email-based support

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • 2+ years Technical Support and Call Center experience
  • Ability to self-manage workload while working remotely
  • Experience with Salesforce or exposure to CRM solutions
  • Strong understanding of Windows Operating Systems
  • Exposure to SQL Server, Access, and Database system
  • Strong understanding of Networking systems
