Job Summary

A software company has an open position for a Virtual Technical Support Specialist.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Answering simple to complex pre-sale, education and product-related questions
  • Preparing technical documentation for internal and customer use
  • Working closely with developers and report bugs through GitHub
