Job Summary

A website designer has a current position open for a Virtual Technical Support Specialist.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Assisting client Account Managers with emerging/variable technical requests
  • Performing a variety of website related technical configuration and troubleshooting
  • Assisting with website setup, configuration, and testing

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • Efficient with communication via voice, chat, and email
  • Aptitude for understanding priority with a variety of tasks
  • Familiar with current website trends and techniques, especially responsive design
  • Ability to create or obtain graphics for websites and ads
