Job Summary

A hosting company needs applicants for an opening for a Virtual Technical Support Technician.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Provide first line end-user technical support via phone and email
  • Respond to events to ensure client system uptime and stability
  • Ability to call on and word directly with C level executives in small to large size businesses
