Job Summary

A computer technology services company needs applicants for an opening for a Virtual Telecom Engineer.

Must be able to:

  • Respond to customer technical problems/issues related to hardware
  • Own customer issues from beginning to resolution
  • Provide technical guidance regarding mobile device technology

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years relevant experience or equivalent experience
  • Experience applying diagnostic techniques to identify problems
  • Knowledge of MDM configuration
  • Strong verbal and written skills
  • Ability to provide input on unique or recurring customer problems
