Job Summary

A travel company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Virtual Ticketing Consultant in Tampa.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Following company procedures, guidelines and standards
• Providing customer service
• Participating fully as a team member to assist as needed in completing all functions

Required Skills:

• Must demonstrate thorough knowledge of travel industry
• Proficiency of at least one CRS, ticketing procedures for air travel, hotel booking and car rental requirements
• High level of knowledge of GDS system (SABRE)
• Knowledge of airline rules and regulations, and reading fare rules
• Minimum of three years travel agency experience required
• Must meet all other listed company requirements
