Job Summary

A technology company is seeking a Remote Travel Technology Support Analyst.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Researching and responding to incoming service requests and problem reports
  • Maintaining detailed case notes
  • Supporting Account Directors

Qualifications Include:

  • 5+ years of specific experience with processes and tools in support of business travel
  • Proven track record for effectively managing high volume caseloads
  • Proficiency with troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues.
  • Advanced technical skills
  • Experience with multiple helpdesk automation tools
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
