Job Summary

A dating social network company is in need of a Virtual User Growth Manager.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Plan, launch, measure, and optimize programs to grow awareness, conversions and DAUs massively
• Define pain points and value propositions for our users
• Create creative materials for user acquisition campaigns including copy and graphics and smart campaign variations

Qualifications Include:

• Bachelor's Degree and fluent English language skills
• Minimum 4 years experience in a user growth position, such as growth hacking or product management
• Experience with a B2C focused product, with a demonstrated track record of driving user growth results, preferably from a mobile app publisher
• Extensive experience with A\B testing methods and tools
• Experience building landing pages, onboarding flow with maximizing convertion
• Strong knowledge of excel, familiarity with SQL is an advantage
