A merchandising software company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Virtual Warehouse Tools Engineering Manager .

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Providing mentorship to engineers on your team to guide their technical and professional growth
• Being responsible for product management, project management, and technical leadership
• Prioritizing projects and design solutions

Required Skills:

• Visit our SF office every few months to connect with your peers and partners
• Must be a great communicator who knows how and when to delegate work, facilitate meaningful discussions, and build consensus
• Must be excited about laying out a technology roadmap, prioritizing work, and guiding your team through delivery
• Must love mentoring engineers and helping them progress on their career path
• Must have excellent interpersonal skills and are well-organized
• Must have previous experience working iteratively or following an agile methodology
