A web hosting company is seeking a Virtual Web Hosting Support Specialist.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Solving web technology problems using chat, email/tickets and phone
  • Installing, configuring, maintaining and solving errors for content management systems
  • Explaining how DNS and web design tools work

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • Must have experience working in the web hosting industry
  • In-depth experience with cPanel and Plesk
  • Ability to troubleshoot website and email problems
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
