Job Summary
An information technology consultancy has an open position for a Telecommuting Workday HCM Compensation Solution Architect.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Assist the integration team with design, configuration and testing delivered
- Guide clients through all project phases
- Configure the Workday system to meet each client's unique business requirements
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Requires 50% travel with projects executed on-site
- Minimum of two to three (2-3) years' experience implementing Workday HCM and Compensation
- Experience with 3rd party integration providers
- Experience with Workday calculated fields
- Advanced MS Excel Skills (formulas, pivot tables, v lookups) and MS Office Skills
- Extensive experience as a functional lead in at least 3-4 disciplines
