Job Summary
An insurance company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Virtual Workers Compensation Claims Team Leader.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Gathering information, applying sound reasoning, drawing appropriate conclusions and making sound decisions
- Managing and implementing change including explaining drivers and business goals
- Overseeing the completion and execution of the investigation, disposition and settlement of claims
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Travel 10 % of the time
- Strong leadership skills in terms of teaching, guiding, coaching and developing staff
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work history
- Ability to partner with internal and external customers
- Extensive knowledge of customer service drivers
