Job Summary

A banking and financial institution is in need of a Virtural Customer Service and Support Representative.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Performing customer service activities and initiatives for a broad range of products, services and problem resolution
  • Receiving, investigating & responding to customer inquiries regarding products, services & issues via all channels
  • Resolving customer service inquiries and issues

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • Understanding of the necessity & value of accuracy & attention to detail
  • Ability to implement the strategies & techniques used to ensure that customers have a positive experience
  • Understanding of the issues related to the decision-making process
  • Understanding of effective communication concepts, tools and techniques
  • Ability to effectively transmit, receive, and accurately interpret ideas, information, and needs
  • Ability to process information with high levels of accuracy
