Job Summary
A banking and financial institution is in need of a Virtural Customer Service and Support Representative.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Performing customer service activities and initiatives for a broad range of products, services and problem resolution
- Receiving, investigating & responding to customer inquiries regarding products, services & issues via all channels
- Resolving customer service inquiries and issues
