Job Summary

A company is looking for a Voice of the Customer (VOC) Data Analyst for Digital Product Design.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage data ecosystems by gathering and exploring relevant data sources to support product design initiatives
  • Analyze user sentiment, behavior, and product performance metrics to identify actionable improvement opportunities
  • Create reports and dashboards to communicate customer experience findings and collaborate with UX researchers to integrate qualitative insights

Required Qualifications
  • Experience in data analysis and management
  • Proficiency in survey program design and execution
  • Ability to synthesize internal and external data sources
  • Knowledge of data security and compliance regulations
  • Experience with data visualization tools and reporting
