Job Summary
A company is looking for a Voice of the Customer (VOC) Data Analyst for Digital Product Design.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage data ecosystems by gathering and exploring relevant data sources to support product design initiatives
- Analyze user sentiment, behavior, and product performance metrics to identify actionable improvement opportunities
- Create reports and dashboards to communicate customer experience findings and collaborate with UX researchers to integrate qualitative insights
Required Qualifications
- Experience in data analysis and management
- Proficiency in survey program design and execution
- Ability to synthesize internal and external data sources
- Knowledge of data security and compliance regulations
- Experience with data visualization tools and reporting
