Voice Project Manager

Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Voice Project Manager will develop relationships with key voice client projects, coordinate team efforts, and ensure high-quality project delivery while serving as a subject matter expert in voice technology.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with various teams to create and manage project plans, ensuring timely completion within budget
• Serve as a point of contact for project teams, setting expectations and maintaining synergy across multiple units
• Track project status, generate management reports, and perform quality control throughout the project lifecycle

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, network engineering, management, or a related field preferred
• Minimum of five years of customer-facing project management experience in the IT sector focused on voice technology
• Project Management Professional (PMP) and/or PRINCE2 certification is a plus
• Intermediate knowledge of data networks, hosted, and PBX voice applications required
• Strong interest in technical products and solutions, with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
