Job Summary

A company is looking for a Voluntary Benefit Claims Manager to manage a caseload of voluntary benefit claims and ensure service excellence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a caseload of voluntary benefit claims, ensuring accurate and timely decisions
  • Conduct thorough investigations to determine eligibility and financial accuracy of claims
  • Collaborate with claimants, employers, and medical professionals to gather necessary information for claims processing

Required Qualifications
  • High School diploma or GED required; BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience preferred
  • 2+ years of Group Benefits experience strongly preferred
  • Experience administering any Group Benefits claims product preferred
  • Proficiency with MS Office applications required
  • Strong critical thinking and analytical skills necessary for claims analysis
