Job Summary

A company is looking for a VP of Customer Success to lead their Customer Success, Onboarding, and Professional Services Teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and implement opportunities to streamline post-sales operations
  • Design programs to improve customer retention and drive revenue growth
  • Build and mentor a high-performing customer success team and foster a collaborative culture

Required Qualifications:
  • 10+ years in Customer Success, Account Management, or related field, with 5 years in a leadership role
  • Proven success in improving customer retention and driving revenue through expansion
  • Experience with in-house and outsourced talent solutions
  • Ability to leverage customer success metrics for informed decision-making
  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred
