Job Summary
A company is looking for a VP of Engineering to lead their engineering team and drive technical strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of 35+ engineers, focusing on recruitment, management, and development of talent
- Drive continuous improvement and establish processes for achieving key performance metrics
- Define the technical vision for a modern eCommerce engine that supports customer acquisition and retention
Required Qualifications:
- 15+ years of engineering leadership experience, including a previous VP role
- Experience in eCommerce product development in a fast-paced environment
- Proven ability to drive technological investments that align with business outcomes
- Familiarity with cloud security best practices and compliance frameworks (e.g., PCI DSS, SOC-2)
- Knowledge of technologies such as AWS, K8s, ML, and Databricks
