Job Summary

A company is looking for a Vice President of Product with a focus on leading product development and fostering innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive product lifecycle from ideation to launch, improving shipping velocity and quality
• Align founder's vision and strategy with product roadmaps and execution
• Mentor product management team, implement best practices, and drive cross-functional collaboration

Required Qualifications:

• 10+ years of product management experience, with 5+ years in a leadership role
• Experience managing software products from inception through launch and iteration
• Ability to balance data-driven decision-making with intuition and user insights
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and driving product strategies aligned with business goals
• Experience in crypto and/or developer platforms is highly desirable
