Job Summary

A company is looking for a VP, Sector and Practices, NA.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a sales team, fostering proactive relationships with Account Executives and identifying opportunities
  • Generate and build new client relationships, guiding the team from qualification to close
  • Oversee talent development, performance evaluations, and align team goals with company objectives

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field
  • 12+ years of experience in sales, with at least 3 years managing a sales team selling complex tech solutions
  • Experience interacting with senior leaders across multiple functions and lines of business
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and other relevant tools
  • Ability to analyze data and use insights for solution building and strategy creation
