Job Summary
A company is looking for a Vice President of Middle Market Property Underwriting.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive a property business pipeline while considering the company's CAT appetite
- Facilitate growth of the property book and deliver a scalable property process platform
- Train and coach underwriters, while managing CAT exposure and communicating market trends
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or related experience
- Minimum of 15+ years of experience in property underwriting
- Strong understanding of property market dynamics and reinsurance
- Experience in developing underwriting guidelines and pricing tools
- Proven track record in managing data accuracy and CAT exposure
