Job Summary
A company is looking for a Warranty Assistant to support after-sales service and manage warranty claims.
Key Responsibilities
- Acknowledge and manage warranty claims received through various channels
- Maintain accurate service records and create service parts orders
- Communicate with customers to ensure timely resolution of claims and provide updates
Required Qualifications
- Associate degree from an accredited institution required; bachelor's degree preferred
- 2-3 years of related experience and/or training
- Experience with ERP, CRM, or SAP systems is a plus
- 1-2 years of customer service experience with manufacturing products
- Intermediate skill in Microsoft Office applications
