Job Summary

A company is looking for a Member Associate to engage with members and potential members in a high-volume call environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Discuss features and benefits of consumer product lines with members
  • Utilize call scripts for retention outreach and make over 120 calls per shift
  • Assist members with inquiries and follow up on initial calls for further information or surveys

Required Qualifications
  • High School diploma or equivalent required
  • Medical terminology courses preferred
  • Prior inbound/outbound call center experience preferred
  • Experience with Medicare or state health programs preferred
  • Must pass a criminal background check and not be sanctioned from healthcare programs
