Job Summary
A company is looking for a Nurse Practitioner with MAT experience for a fully remote position in Washington State.
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate, diagnose, and manage ongoing support for individuals with substance use disorders
- Incorporate harm reduction practices into patient care and develop treatment plans
- Utilize technology for patient engagement and care coordination
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- Active Nurse Practitioner license in Washington State
- Minimum of 1 year of experience prescribing Medication for Opioid Use Disorder in an outpatient setting
- Degree from an accredited nursing program and graduate-level nurse practitioner program
- 3 or more years of clinical experience as an NP or RN preferred
- Experience managing substance use disorders through medication-assisted recovery
