Job Summary
A company is looking for a Web Content Specialist to support their client's contract needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide web content support for a public Drupal website, including tracking support requests and analyzing issues
- Perform Section 508 compliance validation and collaborate with the development team to address accessibility issues
- Assist with user support for the web content management system and create reports for web analytics
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree with 0 - 2 years of relevant experience or equivalent experience
- Experience with Section 508 compliance and conducting accessibility audits
- Knowledge of HTML for creating and maintaining web pages
- Proficiency in Adobe Acrobat Professional for PDF document creation and editing
- Ability to obtain and maintain FDA Public Trust clearance
