Job Summary

A company is looking for a Web Design Project Lead to supervise the daily operations of their team and contribute to team development.

Key Responsibilities

• Distribute work within the team and monitor project statuses
• Act as the first point of escalation for complex design tasks and interdepartmental issues
• Facilitate employee training for new team members and track departmental statistics

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Digital Media, Graphic Design, or related field
• Experience in web design, including responsive web design
• Strong understanding of Design Systems and Process
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Dreamweaver
• Strong fundamental HTML/CSS/JS skills with the ability to hand-code
