Web Operations Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Web Operations Specialist to support eCommerce projects and assist senior team members.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in gathering business requirements and maintaining project documentation
• Perform initial setup, configuration, and testing for client projects under supervision
• Research eCommerce best practices and present findings to enhance growth and streamline operations

Required Qualifications:

• Associate's degree or Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent experience
• 0-2 years of relevant work experience, such as technical support or project coordination
• Ability to think systemically and balance strategy with tactical execution
