Wholesale Program Manager

Job Summary

Operationally sharp and detail-oriented, the contract Wholesale Program Manager will coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure timely and aligned wholesale launches while managing account onboarding and streamlining processes in a fully remote capacity.

Key responsibilities

• Orchestrate end-to-end account onboarding by coordinating across operations, logistics, and finance teams
• Serve as a liaison between Account Managers and internal stakeholders, translating partner needs into actionable tasks
• Identify inefficiencies in wholesale operations and develop practical solutions to enhance processes

Required qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in program management or wholesale operations, preferably in home goods or consumer products
• Strong process orientation with the ability to design and implement improved workflows
• Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple workstreams and shifting priorities
• Proficiency in Google Suite and comfortable operating in ambiguous environments
• Clear and concise communication skills across various platforms and settings
