Job Summary
A company is looking for a Central Selling Associate for Window Treatments in a remote capacity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage service requests and communicate with stores and service providers regarding quotes
- Refigure quotes based on customer changes and project scope adjustments
- Provide customer service and follow up on order and project requirements
Required Qualifications:
- High School diploma or GED
- Up to 1 year of experience in a call center or similar environment
- Ability to obtain a salesperson license within 60 days if required
- Internet access with specified speed requirements
- Preferred experience in remodeling or construction industry
