Job Summary

A company is looking for an Insurance Agent to assist customers in a remote work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist customers with their unique insurance needs through high-volume inbound calls
  • Educate customers about coverage options and available products
  • Build and maintain relationships with customers to enhance their experience

Required Qualifications
  • Active Personal Lines or Property & Casualty license
  • A minimum of two years relevant work experience or two years post-secondary education
  • Bilingual candidates fluent in Spanish and English are encouraged to apply
  • Must have a designated workspace free from distractions and high-speed internet
  • Ability to work full-time, including evenings and weekends as required
