Job Summary
A company is looking for an Insurance Agent to assist customers in a remote work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers with their unique insurance needs through high-volume inbound calls
- Educate customers about coverage options and available products
- Build and maintain relationships with customers to enhance their experience
Required Qualifications
- Active Personal Lines or Property & Casualty license
- A minimum of two years relevant work experience or two years post-secondary education
- Bilingual candidates fluent in Spanish and English are encouraged to apply
- Must have a designated workspace free from distractions and high-speed internet
- Ability to work full-time, including evenings and weekends as required
