Job Summary

Providing patient-centered nursing care, the part-time Wisconsin Licensed RN Clinical Nurse will assess patient needs, develop care plans collaboratively, and ensure high-quality clinical outcomes during night shifts from 10 p.m. to 6:30 a.m. or 11 p.m. to 7:30 a.m. remotely.

Key responsibilities:

Utilizes evidence-based practice to assess patient needs and develop collaborative care plans
Demonstrates clinical expertise in specialized care and manages patient outcomes
Collaborates with interprofessional teams to improve patient experiences and streamline care processes

Required qualifications:

Associate's Degree in Nursing (ADN) required; Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred
Current Wisconsin RN Licensure
American Heart Association Healthcare Provider Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
