Job Summary
A staffing and recruitment firm has a current position open for a Work at Home Enterprise Sales Talent Sourcer.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Consulting with internal leaders to develop a deep understanding of talent needs
- Using a variety of creative and strategic sourcing methods
- Researching and addressing gaps in growing markets/high-leverage job profiles
Position Requirements Include:
- Proficiency with Talent Acquisition technologies (CMS, CRM, internet sourcing tools, campaign management tools, networking/referral technology)
- Demonstrated understanding of the talent market and how to research, develop, and execute against a plan to produce talent for immediate and future needs
- 7+ years experience in Human Resources, Demand Generation, or Market Research-related discipline, with first-hand experience within a Talent Sourcing or Pipeline Generation capacity
