The Role: Working as part of a dynamic and energetic global team, you'll be making outbound telephone calls in order to qualify potential leads and book appointments for our client's and/or our own sales teams.
Appointment Types:
Face 2 face meetings
Teleconferences
Attendee generation for events
Appointment setting at events
Key Responsibilities:
Identify, pursue and secure well qualified appointments
Network effectively around our client's target industries
Accurately update and work with excel spreadsheets
Building references and replacements where required
Your Competencies:
Fantastic verbal skills, especially on the phone
Excellent written communication skills
Completely at ease when calling cold and warm contacts
Persistent, influential and charming
Happy to communicate at all levels of an organisation
Have an eye for detail and a passion for quality and excellence
Highly developed customer service skills
Think strategically and analytically
Organised, and comfortable to work under deadlines and pressure
Comfortable with adhering to company defined processes
Self-motivated and target driven
Your Experience:
3+ years' experience in outbound B2B telesales/lead generation
Knowledge of CRM systems, particularly Salesforce is desirable
Ability to work on Microsoft Excel
We are looking for a proven and lengthy track record in telesales with a natural drive to meet and exceed targets.
This role is a 100% home office based contract role. You will be responsible for your own tax and contributions. You will need a stable high speed internet connection.
