TCK Publishing is a book publishing company reaching over 50,000 writers every month through our blog posts, videos and podcast show. We publish fiction and non-fiction books in all major markets and genres, and today we're searching for the perfect candidate to fill our Affiliate Manager position.

This position plays a critical part in finding and recruiting affiliates to promote our world-class training courses for authors, webinars, and related products.

We're looking for a talented affiliate manager who has a keen understanding of how to connect with influencers, build relationships, and create win-win marketing campaigns with an open mind for innovation and testing to see what works best.

Job responsibilities include:
- Identifying and recruiting new affiliates
- Developing, monitoring, and reporting on affiliate promotions to ensure maximum success for our affiliates
- Maintaining on-going communication campaigns to keep our affiliates engaged, informed, and promoting
- Improving our affiliate marketing systems, content, and resources
- Identifying and implementing other opportunities to enhance our affiliate program and offers
- Monitoring and reporting on competitors' affiliate campaigns and promotions to learn best practices and model successful marketing campaigns
- Enforcing our affiliate policies and guidelines
- Enforcing our strict no douchebags policy for working with affiliates
- Setting up Facebook ad retargeting campaigns to maximize sales from affiliate promotions

What you need for this position:
- An in-depth knowledge of affiliate marketing, info product marketing, and the book publishing industry
- A minimum of three years of experience in an affiliate marketing or info marketing role
- Strong team management and partnership management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Effective sales and negotiation skills
- Driven and results-orientated
- Effective reporting and presentation skills
- A good understanding of tracking technology and online marketing tools
- Ability to hustle and deliver on tight deadlines
- Fluent in English

The Position
This is a full-time, virtual position. You can work from anywhere as long as you have access to high-speed internet, Skype video chat, and a phone.
