Job Summary
A growing software technology company is hiring experienced inside sales specialist to add to it's inside sales team.
Individuals must be self starters, highly motivated and be experience in working from home.
The perfect candidate will identify the right prospects, understand their needs by working in conjunction with our sales engineers and finally propose the recommended solutions and work on closing the sale.
Our firm develops solutions on the Salesforce.com CRM platform and then markets it to companies nationally. We are headquartered in Atlanta.
Here are the minimum criteria for the inside sales rep:
1. Season and Experienced with a minimum of 6 years inside sales experience as a sales hunter.
2. Calm and consoling voice over the phone and should be able to speak with CEO, VPs of IT without hesitation.
3. Ability to work in a remote environment with little hand holding - our current inside team is extremely independent, each individual is responsible and dependable.
4. Ability to set appointments and walk customers through software details, answer questions and be the go to person for customers when it comes to basic questions.
5. Ability to work during general business hours.
Hours for the position:
Standard Business Hours. We are located on the East Coast.
Compensation
Depending on experience with a combination of base and commission.
Location:
The Candidate may live anywhere. You will need to have a laptop, phone line and a high speed internet connection and most importantly a quite and dedicated office space.
