The company is seeking to hire_US-based_Market Research Interviewers as independent contractors to work remotely. In this role, Interviewers conduct computer-assisted phone surveys on behalf of the company and our clients.
Job Overview:
- Conduct market research interviews remotely, using the company remote access computer system.
- Shifts begin at 9 am ET (with some opportunity for second shift work)
- Partial shifts (with a minimum of 4 hours) and later start times are acceptable but full shifts are preferred
- Hourly pay rate starts at $10, with incentives for overtime pay
Required:
- As a US-based independent contractor, represent the company professionally
- Work atmosphere must be free from background noise and distractions
- A computer or laptop capable of running Windows 10 and the latest version of Google Chrome.
- A headset with a microphone for voice.
- A DSL or faster internet connection, with the capacity of downloads over 5MB and uploads over 1MB.
Desired Skills:
- Strong communication skills and a professional phone manner under pressure
- Team-player – able to work as part of a team and independently
- Coachable and willing to follow directives closely
- Fluent in English (Bilingual is a plus)
- Strong typing skills (20+ WPM)
