Job Qualifications:
3+ Years’ Experience Managing Teams of 4 or More People
Some Familiarity with Digital (Online) Marketing (i.e. SEO/PPC/Website Development)

Do You Have What It Takes To Be The Operations Manager for Our Fast Growing Digital Marketing Company? If So, We Want To Hear From You!
As a key component of Firegang’s marketing team, you will play a critical, hands-on role in building and executing processes using various digital tools to fuel innovative and effective marketing campaigns. The mission of this role is to maximize customer retention and customer satisfaction through the managing of our product fulfillment team of fifteen individuals for the delivery of products such as websites, search engine optimization, pay per click and other forms of digital marketing collateral.
Other Responsibilities Include:
Customer Retention and Satisfaction: Your efforts will contribute to a client retention rate of 98% or better, and will maximize customer sentiment towards Firegang Dental Marketing.
Daily Team Management: You will assist with the hiring and training of our A+ 15+ person team, as well as the formation of our team culture. In addition, you will provide 4-6 direct daily reports leading to satisfactory scores on 360 employee evaluations.
Ensure Profitability of Operations Department: You will develop the proper systems and strategies for achieving operational efficiency, improving product fulfillment performance metrics and maintaining maximum profitability.
You have a mind for tech, an understanding of the demands that marketing can bring, and the ability to work in a fast-paced and constantly evolving environment. You are also interested in overseeing and being responsible for managing the development and implementation of Firegang’s marketing programs that support Firegang Dental Marketing’s growth and profitability.

Who Is Firegang Dental Marketing?
We are a digital marketing company located in the historic Steam Plant building in downtown Spokane, Washington (however, this position is work from home)
What We Do
We provide dentists with marketing services that include website design, SEO, analytics, social media, copywriting and everything in between.
