About the Role:
We’re looking for a Program Manager to join our team to help us keep providing exceptional service to our existing clients and deliver quality products to our pipeline of new clients.
To be successful in this role you'll apply your attention to detail, time management skills, and creativity to create dynamic learning experiences for Destination Marketing Organizations. Future projects include developing new training courses, marketing, and website management.
In this role, you'll have the opportunity to use or develop your knowledge of project management, process improvement, curriculum development, instructional design, graphic design, and eLearning tools.
This is a work from home, independent contractor position.

Key Requirements
• 2-3 years experience in destination management, project management, content management and/or training development
• Home office with newer computer (able to run recent software versions) and scanner
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Above average proficiency using computers and internet-based software programs
• Ability to effectively handle multiple, simultaneous projects
• Highly organized, self-starting, team contributor
• Extremely detail oriented and accurate
• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work flexible hours
