Wanted: Remote Part-Time WordPress Fixer-Upper

We're looking for a part-time WordPress handyperson with a flair for troubleshooting to help us with our support ticket queue.

Are you the sort of WordPress expert who can fix CSS and php problems in record time?

Are you seeking a part-time virtual position with a growing company?

Are you located in North America?

Do you have excellent communication skills?

Can you be available at the same 2- to 3-hour time slot every day during our normal working hours (8am to 5pm Pacific Time, Monday through Friday)?

If you answered all questions with YES, you may be a good fit for our Fulfillment team. We have a great group and would love to bring in another enthusiastic developer!

Outcomes:

Client support queue issues resolved within SLA

Clients delighted with the company's responsiveness to their site edit requests

100% available during designated working hours, at the same time every day

Role Competencies:

Team Communication - Communication, collaboration will be close with Performance Team colleagues and with members of other teams

Patience - Teammates will often need explanations of terminology and principles, and translating what exactly Firegang does is essential for client side communication - you’ll be expected to teach as well as learn
