Work Prep Program Coordinator
Job Summary
A company is looking for a Work Prep Coordinator to support a program for college-aged women and non-binary participants pursuing careers in tech.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide support and guidance to a cohort of up to 120 participants
- Manage onboarding of participants and all communications
- Provide logistical support for Zoom sessions and track attendance and assignments
Required Qualifications
- 1 year of experience working with college-aged students or young adults
- Experience with job readiness programs preferred
- Experience hosting on Zoom and managing breakout rooms
- Experience with tracking and reporting basic data
- Reliable internet connection and access to a computer
